Salsa Chicken and Rice

2 Chicken Breasts - chopped into small peices2 cups cooked rice1 1/3 cup salsa (I like the fresh garden salsa or you could make your own)2 tbsp Taco sauce (optional, can also use spices or taco seasoning packet)**note you can really control the spice based on what kind of salsa and taco sauce you use. I like fresh medium salsa and hot taco sauce because I like some spice!
Cook chicken in a frying pan on med. heat
Add taco sauce to chicken
When chicken is done add rice and salsa and heat blending together.
Serve with tortilla chips, flour tortilla or taco shell (or its yummy to eat on its own!)
