Dan's basic chicken kebabs

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken breast. This can come as boneless, bone-in, or from whole chickens.Two medium zucchiniTwo medium bell peppers5 cherry tomatoes5 pearl onions
Directions
Cut all the fat off the chicken breasts and slice them into 15, one-ounce pieces. (If you're marinating, at this point put the chicken in the marinade for an hour).

Wash and slice the zucchini into 1/2" slices. Wash and seed the peppers, and then cut them into 1" squares.

Place the meat and vegetables on the skewers, making sure you get three pieces of chicken on each skewer. I like to alternate the vegetables with the chicken. One example:

Chicken, zucchini, pepper, onion, chicken, zucchini, pepper, cherry tomato, chicken

Cook over medium heat for about ten minutes, turning every two or three minutes OR two minutes per "side".

Makes five, one-foot chicken kebabs, one per person.
