German Plum Kuchen

4 Tbsp. Splenda granulated3 Tbsp. melted butter3/4 water1 large egg, beaten1/2 tsp. salt1 3/4 cups flour4 teaspoons baking powder1 cup sliced fresh plums1/4 c. Splenda Brown Sugar BlendCinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease & flour 9" x 9" oven proof pan.
Place first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat (by hand) until smooth. (Dough will be thick.) Spoon into prepared pan and smooth top. Cover with sliced fresh plums.
Sprinkle Splenda Brown Sugar Blend over the plums and dust with cinnamon.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm or room temperature.
