Beer bread

Ingredients
3 cups self-rising flour3 TBS sugar1 TBS dried chives1 bottle Amstel light, room temperature2 TBS olive oil
Directions
Mix flour, sugar and chives. Mix in beer and oil. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
