Rice Upma

Ingredients
Rice - 2 cupsWater - 3 cupsSalt to taste Red chillies - 2Mustard seeds - 1 tspSunflower oil - 3 tspUrad dhal - 1 tspChana dhal - 1 tsp
Directions
1) Soak the rice for about two hours and coarsely grind it.
2) Add 3 tsp oil to a pan and add the mustard, chillies and dhal and saute them.
3) Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add salt to it.
4) Add the ground rice, mix well and close the pan. The rice gets steamed and cooks. Allow to stand for about 10 to 15 minutes.
