1 - 6oz Chicken Breast cut in half1 tbsp Lime Juice1 tsp Lemon Juice2 tsp Grated Ginger Root1 Clove Garlic Grated1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1. Cut Chicken breast in half and combine lime, lemon juice, ginger and garlic. Let sit for 10 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat oven to 425.
3. Sprinkle pepper to taste and put in oven for 18-20 minutes turning once.

This chicken was pretty good. It tasted kind of lemony/limey, so it had a good zest to it. I don't know if I just didn't make it quite right or if I just don't like my chicken that lemony/limey, but I'd give it a thumb and a half up. It's still very good! I'd still try it if I were you! - 8/12/09
