Baba's Vinegrette Salad Dressing

1 cup extra light olive oil1 cup red wine vinegar2 tablespoons water1 teaspoon seasoned salt, Lawry's1 clove fresh garlic, minced very fine2 teaspoons paprika, ground1 tablespoon Splenda1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground1/4 teaspoon oregano, ground1/4 teaspoon basil leaves, ground1/4 teaspoon tarragon1/4 teaspoon rosemary1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Mix all ingredients well in a blender. Makes about 2.25 cups of dressing. Store in a mason jar and refrigerate.
