Thai Basil Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey breast6 cloves, garlic, minced1/2 an onion, thinly sliced2 Tbsp. canola oil2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce2 Tbsp. fish sauce2 tsp. siracha chili sauce (or to taste)
Directions
Makes 4 servings of 4 oz.

Heat oil in a wok or large saucepan over medium high heat.
Add onions, cooking until soft and translucent.
Add turkey, cooking until all the pink is gone.
Add garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and siracha. Continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Stir in basil. Cook until basil is wilted (approximately 1 minute).
Take off heat and serve with lettuce cups or rice!
