Cheesy baked potato

Ingredients
one large potato, rinsed1 wedge of light Laughing cow cheese, any flavourpepper and salt to taste
Directions
Make holes with a fork all over your raw potatoe, after it is washed.
Place it in your microwave under a cover for 5 minutes.
Put it on your plate and slice it open. Put the wedge of light cheese in there and fork ik into your potato. Season to taste.
