Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
In a blender, mix:1/2 cup of Stoneybrook Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt1 cup skim milk1/4 cup blackberries1/4 cup blueberries1 medium banana2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder1 tablespoon of ground Flax Seeds (sold at Wallgreens)Blend all together into a frothy and delicious smoothie.Enjoy!
Directions
Place all ingredients into your blender, add a couple of ice cubes if you desire a colder drink and blend for one to two minutes. Delicious!
