Cajun Shrimp Gumbo

Ingredients
1 Container 15 oz Blue Crab Meat15 oz chopped onions1 Pakage Cajun Gumbo Mix 2 lb peeled shrimp8 cups water
Directions
Peel shrimp and place shrimp meat aside,every thing left of shrimp place in 8 cups of water, and boil. Let shells and heads boil about 5 min, strain and reserve liquid. Place liquid in pot and put container of crab meat in, stir to cool liquid and thaw crab meat. When mixture is cool add onions and gumbo package, stir untill disolved. Cook on low heat for 10 min. stiring often to keep from sticking. Add 2 pounds of shrimp and simmer for 5 min. Serve with crackers( not included in nutrition value). Enjoy!!!!
