*Pearl Tapioca, .25 cup (remove)Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .50 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)*Dole Mandarin Oranges, 3 cup (remove)*Marshmellow, mini, 1 cup (remove)Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Whipped topping, frozen, low fat (like Cool Whip), 3 cup
Put juice from drained oranges in pan, a little over a cup. Add a cup of milk, 1/4 cup tapioca and 1/2 cup sugar. Let this come to a rolling boil and take off stove. Add vanilla, cool for 20 minutes.
While cooling put oranges marshmellows and nuts in a bowl and mix.
Add cooled tapoica to orange mixture. Then add cool whip. Put in refrigerator until set.
