1 bag Culinary Delights Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya1.5 lbs HEB Southwest Chicken Breasts3 links Opa's Beef Smoke sausage2 T Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning -more or less to taste.5 cup Worchestershire sauce -more or less to taste1 t garlic salt3-4 T butter4 cups rice
Directions
cut up chicken breast and sausage, cook in butter until almost done. Add vegetables, cook a few more minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook over med to med low for another 10 min. Makes 8 servings.
