Shrimp, Spinach & Feta Quiche

1 unbaked 9" pie crust6 cups fresh spinach3 tsp. garlic (chopped)1/4 cup Fage 0% Greek Yoghurt1/4 cup 2% milk1 cup Egg Beaters1/2 cup feta cheese20 shrimp, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pre-bake pie crust for 5 minutes.
Saute spinach and garlic with cooking spray until wilted.
Whisk together yoghurt, Egg Beaters, and milk in bowl.
Add spinach/garlic mixture, feta, and shrimp to egg mix and stir.
Pour into crust.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
