Balsamic Dijon Vinegarette

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 cup chicken stock2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (or red wine vinegar)1 tsp Dijon mustard2 gloves garlic mincedpinch of salt
Directions
1 Serving = 1 tbsp

Mix all ingredients in a container and shake.
Its best to make this a few hours before serving so the flavours can mingle.

Refrigerate.
