Bruschetta

Ingredients
tomato, purple onion, garlic, olive oil
Directions
Chop 4 fresh tomatoes, set asid.
Put oil, chopped garlic and onions in pan, heat until garlic is fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes with juice.
Simmer until ingredients are combined, remove from heat before tomatoes have cooked down too much.
Allow to cool and serve over toasted french bread.
