Banana bread - no butter/oil

3 Banana's ripe2 Eggs2 cups of flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt3/4 cup of sugar(can be replaced with splenda)
Mash 3 bananas then add two eggs. In a seperate bowl mix the dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to the 1st bowl. Mix then pour into pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
(Can use whole wheat flour as well)

Messed around with the recipe a bit. Added a cup of chopped pecans, 2 handfuls chocolate chips, 2 spoonfuls of sour cream and around a 1/4 cup brown sugar. instead of using 2 cups flour, I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 - 3/4 cup white flour. I didn't use any salt in it. Turned out fantastic! - 2/24/13
