L.R. carrot and raisin salad

Ingredients
1,040g (8 cups) shredded carrots160g (1 cup) raisins1/2 cups kraft mayo with olive oil55g (3 T.) honey1 cup 2% milk3 T. cornstarch1/4 tsp. salt3 T. cider vinegar
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine milk, salt and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Whisk in vinegar, honey and mayo. In a large bowl, combine carrots and raisins. Stir in the dressing and serve. Makes about 7 cups.
