Lentil Salad (empedrat de llenties)

Ingredients
400 grs lentils (I buy them precooked) 1 big tomato 1 small green onion160 grs of Tuna in sunflower oilsome Green olives2 tbsp of olive oilvinegarsalt
Directions
Drain the lentils and put them in a bowl. Chop the tomato and onion and mix it with the lentils. Add the tuna and the olives. Dress with vinegar, salt and olive oil. And it's ready to serve! There are many variations to this receipe. I also do it with chick peas instead of lentils. sometimes I add some cheese like edam or feta and for the dressing I sometimes use basil!
