BREAKFAST POTATOES

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1 medium potato, peeled&cut into 1/2 inch pieces2 mushrooms, chopped1 Tbs onion, chopped1/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions
1. heat oil in medium-size nonstick skillet medium heat. add potato and cover. cook 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
2. add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. cook and stir 5 minutes or until potato is lightly browned and mix is heated through.
