Liz's Guiltless Frozen Mocha

1 1/2 cups skim milk1 cup fat-free whipped topping1 small pkg. fat-free, sugar-free chocolate pudding mix1 cup coffee (already brewed)1/2 cup Hershey's Cocoa Powder, unsweetened4 cups crushed iceNo-calorie sweetener (such as Splenda or Equal) to taste
1. Brew coffee in a coffee maker and allow to cool slightly.
2. Put crushed ice into blender and add milk. Blend until mostly smooth.
3. Add whipped topping, pudding mix, cocoa powder, and coffee. Blend until completely smooth. If the mixture seems too runny, try adding more ice.
4. Taste the mixture before adding sweetener, and add until sweet enough (usually only need about 8 packets for entire mixture).
5. Pour into glasses and serve with a straw and/or spoon!
Serves 6-8, depending on the size of the glass.
