Chocolate Quinoa with Craisins and Pistachios

Ingredients
1 c. quinoa 1/4 c. cocoa2 1/2 c. water2/3 c. craisins1/4 c. pistachios1/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Mix together quinoa and cocoa in a sauce pan. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in butter, sugar, craisins and pistachios. Serves 4.
