Ingredients
2 Fresh eggsFinely chopped capsicum 0.5 cupfinely chopped onions - 0.5 cupchopped tomatoes - 0.5 cupOlive oil - 1 tspBasil leaves - 1 tspsalt a pinchred chilli powder a pinch and black pepper powder a pinch
Directions
Beat the eggs along with a little salt, chilli powder and black pepper. In a pan add oil and fry the onions, then add the bell pepper. As soon as they are cooked add the finely chopped tomatoes and spread across the pan evenly. Do not mash the tomatoes in the pan. After a min sprinkle the basil leaves and pour the eggs immediately. Cook until the omlette is done.
