Ingredients
Stew beef meat, 24 oz Canned Mushrooms Pieces & Stems, 8 oz canCream of Mushroom Soup 10.75 oz can Onion Soup Mix 1 pouchWhite wine 1/4 cup
Directions
mix all ingedients in crock pot (even mushoom juice) cook on low in crockpot for 8 hrs

Put over egg noodles or rice

    This is a good basic recipe, for more flavor add a dash of ground cloves and substitute the onion soup mix with just a teaspoon of chopped garlic. And serve over Risotto for less sodium. - 8/18/09

    Pretty good. I left out the onion soup mix, added minced garlic and 1 whole sliced green pepper and 1 whole sliced red pepper - for veggie nutrition and for color. Yummy! - 10/1/09
