Pasta Salad with Broccoli and Fresh Basil

Ingredients
Pasta, penne, 250 grams dryBroccoli, one big bunch, stems peeled and chopped and floretsTomatoes, fresh, 3 small, chopped1/4 English cucumber, thinly sliced2 green onions, thinly slicedOlive Oil, 3 tbspTarragon vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tspSun Dried Tomatoes, one tbsp, finely choppedFresh basil, chopped to make 2 tbsp or to tastesalt and pepper
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, add penne and boil for 8 minutes, add broccoli and bring back to a rolling boil. Drain all in a colander, and rinse with cold water. Drain again and put in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, toss lightly, and chill for an hour before serving.
