Ingredients
3/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 tps. grated lemon rind, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper.
Directions
1. Sir together all ingredients. Cover and chill. Serving = 1
tbsp.

    Very tasty and quick. Excellent on tuna and salmon patties, or any fish for that matter, but really dresses up those sorta plain Jane patties. I used low fat mayo as well and a bit more lemon juice to just squeeze the lemon half dry. - 2/25/18
