Ingredients
3 Cans Tomatoes1 Can Rotel: Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis1 3/4 C. Corn, Frozen or Canned1Can Kidney Beans1 Can Black Beans1 Can Pinto Beans1 3/4 C. Vegetable Broth1. Medium Onions chopped3-4 Garlic cloves chopped1 packet Taco Seasoning1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix1 T. Chipotle Peppers chopped with adobo
Directions
Add all contents to large pot and let simmer for 30 minutes on low heat. Add tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream to taste. **Note any additions will increase the calorie content of the meal.
