Stirfry Chicken with mushrooms and nuts

Ingredients
1 tbls olive oil100 g red onions, sliced250 g chicken breast fillets200 g mushrooms sliced1 tsp (5 ml) crushed garlic50g green peppers, sliced50 g red peppers, sliced50 g kasju nuts or sunflower seeds1 tsp (5 ml) soy sauce1 tbls (15 ml) sweat chillie sauce10 ml (2 tsp) chicken spice5 ml (1 tsp) lemon pepper
Directions
Heat oil in wok on high heat and stirfry onions for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken, mushrooms, green/red pepper, spice and stirfry for 3 minutes.
Add the nuts and garlic and stirfry a nother minute or two.
Sprincle the soy- and sweatchilliesauce over and stir threw.
Serves 4 - 6 portions
