Ingredients
Shake and Bake Chicken Breast boneless and skinless
Directions
if chicken breast is whole, debone and skin, place between to pieces of plastic wrap and flatten to about 1/2 an inch thick. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces and coat with shake and bake. Cook in 400 degree toaster oven for 20 minutes. Makes 2 servings about 4 to 5 fingers each. Calories 74.9, Fat 0.7, sodium 98.4. carb 2.0 and Protein 13.9
