Crumbed hake with sesame seed

Ingredients
400 g hake fillets15 ml (1 tbls) lemon juice15 ml (1 tbls) lemon peal, grated50 ml dry bread crumbs30 ml (2 tbls) sesame seeds1 egg5 ml (1 tsp) crushed garlic30 ml (2 tbls) melted margarine10 ml (2 tsp) fish spice5 ml (1 tsp) lemon pepper
Directions
Place fish in a dish and add half of the lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix together the bread crumbs, sesame seeds, lemon peal and spices and spread out on a plate.
Dry the fish and coat with the egg and then in the crumb mixture.
Preheat oven to 295 degrees.
Drizzel melted margarine over fish and place in oven for app. 20 minutes.

    Nice. I'd toast the sesame seeds before adding to the bread crumbs next time. I used butter flavor spray to make the breading and seeds adhere. I used Thyme for seasoning. The dish was a hit. By the way, what does your fish seasoning consist of? Thanks for sharing. - 12/5/09
