4 Small Red Potatoes2 medium yellow squash2 medium zuchinni1 or 2 jalepeno peppers1 Tbsp of olive oilSeasonings of your choice (I usually use salt, pepper, old bay seasoning, and lemon pepper)
Cut all the vegetables into same size pieces. Place the vegetables into aluminum foil. Then drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Add any seasonings that you wish to the vegetables. Wrap the aluminum foil into a pouch (it may take more than one pouch for all these vegetables) and put on the grill or in the oven at 400 degrees. It takes around 30 to 40 minutes for the vegetables to cook. This is enough for 6 servings. This recipe is 2 WW points.
