Cook 1 box of whole wheat pasta. And drain and put aside.In seperate pan put 2 tbsp.'s of oil in pan.Take summer squash, zucchini, onion, 2 medium tomatoes, 2 pieces of garlic. slice that all up for bit size pieces. And stir fry that in the oil until cooked through. When the vegetables are done, put the tomato sauce and noddles with the vegatables and stir together and you have MOM's veggy Pasta Dish. You can put whatever veg's you like, this is the veg's my sons and I like. Enjoy! Very yummy :)
