Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 tsp cinnamondash of salt1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking soda3/4 cup brown sugar1 cup white all purpose flour4 tbsp margarine1/2 cup of splenda1 large egg white1/2 cup of chocolate chips
-Preheat oven to 375
-Mix Sugars, Cinnamon, Margarine, Vanilla, and Egg White
-Stir in Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt (don't over mix it)
-Stir in Chocolate Chips
-Grease pan with butter flavored Pam and arrange dough in 1-2 tbsp balls along pan.
-Leave in oven for 10-20 minutes, checking every 5-10 minutes.
Makes 12 cookies, each about the size of two poker chips (about 24 grams)
