Ingredients
Beef, turkey, black beans, lettuce, reduced fat /part skim mozzerella cheese, lowfat sour cream
Directions
this is calculated for just one person to increase simply increase your amounts used.

Brown turkey and hamburger meat together add drained black beans and taco seasoning simmer 15 minutes or so. Place 1 serving of tortilla chips on plate top with meat mix , cheese, lettuce and sour cream.
