* *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 0.66 cup (remove) * Classico Italian Sausage w/Peppers & Onions, 2 serving (remove) * Moose Meat, 8 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove) * Basil, 8 leaves (remove) * Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove) * Parsley, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Sargento Reduced-Fat Provolone Cheese, 1 slice, 2 serving (remove) * *Kraft Parmesean Cheese 2tsp 5 grams, 1 serving (remove) * *Green Onion/Scallions, .125 cup (remove) * *White Wine - Riesling, 1 oz (remove) * *Zuchinni, 1 large 323g, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Fry up moose meat with onions & garlic.
Add in cooked rice & pasta sauce
Add herbs & parmesean cheese
Slice zuchinni in half length wise and scoop out seeds.
Fill the cavity with the meat & rice mixture. Place 1/2 of slice of provolone on each zuchinni.
