Potato Salad, Lite

Ingredients
6 potatoes, boiled 1 large hard boiled egg2-3 T of pickle relish3 T Kraft Mayonnaise with Olive Oil4 t mustardSalt & Pepper to taste (approximately 1 t each)1 T. Italian seasoning or blend of basil, tarragon, rosemaryOptional additions: chopped onions, black olives, red peppers, or green peppers
Directions
1. Peel and boil the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes with a dash of salt in the water.
2. Mix all the other ingredients up before tossing in the cooked potatoes.
3. Add the potatoes and gently stir to coat the potatoes.
4. Place in refrigerator and serve when ready!
