Honey-Balsamic Glazed Chicken
- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
Directions
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 Cup honey2 TBSP balsamic vinegar1 1/2 tsp ground sageSalt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill and begin cooking chicken.
While chicken cooks, in a small bowl, combine honey, vinegar, sage, salt and pepper and whisk until well-combined.
Using a pastry brush, in the last 5 minutes of cooking chicken, glaze with honey-balsamic mixture on both sides.
Notes:
1. Do not glaze any earlier than 5 minutes prior to removing the chicken, or the honey will burn.
2. Before measuring the honey, spray your measuring cup with a light coating of cooking spray. The honey will pour right out without sticking.
3. You can add a few leaves of fresh whole sage at the end of the cooking process for an even more intense flavor.
