Tiffany's Best Pancakes

Ingredients
Whisk togethier in a bowl:1 cup fresh-ground whole wheat or spelt flour1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp saltIn a separate bowl mix together:1 cup raw milk1 cup plain yogurt2 eggs1 tbsp melted butter or cocunut oil
Directions
Mix wet and dry ingredients together, do not over mix. Let batter sit for about 10-20 minutes, it will rise and get really fluffy. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium heat. Melt a little butter for each pancake. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Top with maple syrup, raw honey or fresh fruit.

Makes 14 pancakes.
