Baked (Fried) Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 Large Egg White9 Small Mushrooms (ours were 116g)1/4 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs (we only used very little of this, so the nutrition does not include the full 1/4 cup)
Directions
1. Beat egg white until frothy

2. Dip Mushroom in egg white, then in bread crumbs

3. Place on wax paper (to prevent sticking) to pan

4. Bake at 350 until mushrooms are hot.
