1 pound lean ground beef,1 onion chopped,1 red pepper chopped,1 small can corn1 can (19 oz) mexican small red beans1 can PC ready to serve tomato and roasted red pepper soup1tsp sun dried tomatos1.5 tsp garlic and herbs2.5 tsp chilli powder1.5 tsp hot chilli peppersseveral drops of chipolti hot sauceBrown the beef, saute the onions and then put everything in the pot, simmer for 60 min or more without the lid. Serve with banock or buns.
