Pork Ribs - Crock Pot

8 pork baby back or country style ribs1 C ketchup1 C BBQ Sauce1/4 C packed brown sugar1/4 C worcestershire sauce1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar1 TBSP molasses1 garlic clove, minced2 TBSP dried minced onion1 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)1 tsp ground mustard (optional)salt and pepper to taste
1. Prepare crock pot with spray or liner
2. Cut ribs into 2-3 rib sections
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Layer ribs in crock pot
5. Combine remaining ingredients and set aside
6. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours then turn to low for 2-3 hours if possible; if not, cook on low for 6-7 hours; draining liquid during the last hour or two; cover with BBQ sauce; continue cooking for 1-2 hours or until meat is tender
