To reconstitute::

For the equivalent to ***ONE*** can...
stove top combine 1/3 cup of the dry mix with 1 cup of the chicken broth. stir til desired thickness.

Microwave combine 1/3 mix with 1 cup broth in glass bowl or measuring cup. Heat on high 4 - 5 minutes til desired thickness stirring several times

    I've used this for years! I also use it as a substitute in various recipes that call for a roux by either increasing or decreasing the amount of fluid used in the sauce mix...it works great. Thanks for posting! - 10/30/09
