Directions
~ 1/4 cup (50g) Popping Corn (kernels), un-popped~ 1 tbsp. Butter, salted~ A few turns of freshly ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
1. Pop the popping corn kernels in an electric air popper.
2. While the pop corn is popping, melt the butter in the microwave.
3. Add salt and pepper to the melted butter, stir, and pour over the pop corn.
4. Put in a DVD or turn on your favourite show, and enjoy! :)
*Recipe could be split / shared (0.5 servings in tracker), but I'm never THAT self-controlled! ;-) Besides, pop corn is high-fiber. That makes it at least semi-good for you! ;-)
