1 large egg1 large egg whites1oz light feta cheese2tbsp salsa1tbsp raw onion2tbsp bell peppers
Fry onion and pepper with seasoning ( I like to use a little garlic, salt and pepper and oregano). Once onions and peppers are cooked through add egg mixture, salsa and feta cheese until cooked.
Once cooked put mixure into whole wheat tortilla, wrap and enjoy.
