Nancy Clark's energy bars

Ingredients
5 oz of marshmallows1/4 c canola oil1/4 c honey2 c krispy rice cerial2 c oats1/4 c slivered almonds3/4 c dried berries (cherries, cranberries)(optional- almonds and dried fruits)
Directions
Mix together in a medium saucepan marshmallows, honey, and oil.

Mix in cerial, oats, nuts and fruits. Mix well.

Pour out into a greased 8x8 in pan. Shape with oiled hands.

Cool and cut into 12 squares.
