Bacon wrapped Pork Loin with Cherries

Ingredients
Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 16 oz (remove)Allspice, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)*crasins, .5 cup (remove)*Mustard-Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 4 tsp (remove)*3 Slices Oscar Meyer Bacon, 6 serving (remove)*Currant Jelly, 1 tbsp (remove)*Bertolli Red Wine Vinegar, .25 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat oven to 350l Seson the pork with allspice and 1/2 t. pepper, and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the cherries, parsley, and mustard. Spread evenly over pork. Lay the bacon slices crosswise over the pork, overlapping them slightly and tucking the ends underneat. Roast 45 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the jelly & vinnegar. Brush over bacon and continue roasting until an instant-read thermometer registers 150, or 10 minutes more. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing
