Banana Muffins

Ingredients
4-5 medium size over ripe bananas1 Cup sugar1/2 cup shortening2 Cup flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt3 eggs
Directions
Mix well pour ingredients in to muffin tins or into one large loaf pan(if making into bread bake for 55 minutes and test bread when done, may require longer baking time)
Makes 20-24 muffins
