Frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes, slightly thawedGrated cheeseCubed Cooked HamSliced Green Onion, including some tender green topsLarge EggsWhole MilkSalt & Pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 350F. In an 8x8 inch lightly sprayed baking dish, layer hashbrowns, grated cheese, diced ham and chopped green onions.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, until center is set (about 50 mins). Let stand for 10 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
