Italian Style Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef1/2 cup Progresso Italian seasoned bread crumbs4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese2 egg whitessalt and pepper1 can (14.5 oz) of Italian seasoned diced tomatoes2 bell peppers (any color) cut in half and seeded
Directions
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg whites and salt and pepper in a bowl. Stuff each bell pepper half with 1/4 of the beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in a shallow baking dish sprayed with PAM spray. Top peppers with diced tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Makes 4 servings.
