Chicken with tomatoe & potatoe wedges

Ingredients
1 chicken breast1/2 tin tomatoesdried chili1 small potato1tsp olive oildrieds herbs
Directions
makes 1 serving

Heat oven to 180°C

Put chicken breast into oven proof dish. Pour tomatoes over and add chili. Cover with aluminium foil

Heat oil in shallow baking tin.

Cut potato into wedges, add to heated oil, sprinkle with dried herbs.

Put chicken and potato into oven for 30 mins.
